All digital goods provided by SmartMotion (the/our ‘software’ ) are released under the following licence. Please read the conditions of the licence granted.

Because most issues can be worked out before a refund is necessary, refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis after we’ve worked with you to try and find a solution within two weeks of your purchase. Basically, please contact us with any pre-purchase questions you might have.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we recognize that this policy can be abused, and reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine the refund policy is being taken advantage of.
Customers have the option of choosing to pay via PayPal or any major credit card. Each software purchase grants you 1-year access to ongoing theme updates and support.
For your security, we never store your credit card or payment information on our site.
Only after your purchase has been completed and payment has been received will you be granted access to your theme downloads and support. That’s just the way it is!
In short: Each theme requires a yearly renewal to continue getting theme updates and support. You may opt out of renewing your theme at any time.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will SmartMotion, or its suppliers or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. Even if SmartMotion or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of downloads from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.
In short: We provide you with awesome software, but you are ultimately responsible on how to use it. Use it safely and responsibly.
SmartMotion is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will work on all platforms.
In short: We can’t guarantee our software will work in outdated versions of Windows, Mac or Linux. We test our products against the most recent versions of operating systems.
Each purchase grants you access to SmartMotion’s support service, which covers help with setting up your product and direction on how to use the product as advertised. This support service is valid for 1 year from the date of your purchase.
In short: Each purchase comes with 1 year of support and updates.
The team behind SmartMotion reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this agreement. It is your responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
In short: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time-to-time to better represent our products or services.
